Ingredients:
- 4 (á 200 gr) Irish sirloin steaks, at room temperature
- 1 bunch of pointed radishes
- 1 bunch of regular radishes
- 3 red onions
- 6 sprigs of thyme
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
You will also need:
- aluminium foil
- cast iron skillet (or any other cast iron pan)
