Tapasspiesjes met Ierse gehaktballetjes en paprika

Ingrediënten:

  • 300 g rundergehakt
  • 100 g chorizo, heel fijngehakt
  • 3 el peterselie
  • 3 el paneermeel
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • 2 geroosterde rode paprika’s, uit pot, in dunne repen
  • 20 zwarte olijven zonder pit
  • 20 tapasprikkers

Ingrediënten:

  • 300 g rundergehakt
  • 100 g chorizo, heel fijngehakt
  • 3 el peterselie
  • 3 el paneermeel
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • 2 geroosterde rode paprika’s, uit pot, in dunne repen
  • 20 zwarte olijven zonder pit
  • 20 tapasprikkers

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Mix the minced meat with the chorizo, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead everything well. Form the minced meat into 20 compact balls with a damp hand.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until they are brown and cooked through.
  3. First stick an olive on each skewer, then a loosely folded strip of bell pepper and finally a meatball. Place the skewers on the balls on a flat dish.

  1. Mix the minced meat with the chorizo, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead everything well. Form the minced meat into 20 compact balls with a damp hand.
